TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We think it is important for our customers to know on which conditions we perform our work. That is why we changed our Terms and Conditions. Starting now we will deliver according to the “Metaalunievoorwaarden” supplemented by our Additional terms.  The reason of this change is that our new Terms and Conditions are consistent with the industry. Besides that the Koninklijke Metaalunie pays very close attention to drafting balanced conditions and regularly matches these to the Law. As of today these Terms and Conditions are applicable to all activities we perform. Herewith our previous Terms and Conditions lapse.
